Job Description:

We are seeking a Merchant Services Tech Support Specialist to join our support team. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for our clients when they encounter issues with their payment systems — from troubleshooting to setup and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical assistance to merchant clients via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot payment terminals, POS systems, software issues, and network connectivity Walk clients through setup and configuration processes Log and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams Educate clients on product features and updates

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in technical support, merchant services, or a related role Familiarity with payment systems, POS hardware/software, or basic networking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:
