Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, both remotely and onsite Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, networks, VPNs, and firewalls Perform timely hardware repairs and coordinate vendor escalations as needed Provide regular maintenance checks and emergency response support during business hours
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish Owns a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows, Mac OS, networking, antivirus tools, and remote-access software (e.g., LogMeIn Pro) Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Compensation & Perks:
