Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a sharp Service Desk/PC Support. They will be supporting the internal employees 70 to 200 internal that sit in another country. They will be managing tickets through the ServiceNow ticketing system, receiving inbound technical support tickets/calls/emails from internal company employees, could profiling/imaging machines, troubleshooting windows profile issues, active directory password resets, and support internal company applications.   • Install software through SCCM
  •  Ticketing System (ServiceNow preferred)
  •  PC experience Windows environment (windows 10/11)
  •  Active Directory (Azure Directory+) building and setting up profiles
