Kavaliro’s client is seeking an individual for an onsite HelpDesk Support position in Orlando, FL. Ensure all your application information is up to date and in orderbefore applying for this opportunity.

Job Description:

Working independently as well as collaboratively totroubleshoot and resolve/repair hardware, software, and A/V relatedissues. Provide basic support for educational administration. Familiar with cloud-based services and solutions (e.g. GoogleSuite, Canvas, Office365). Familiar with device imaging and managing Adobe Creative Cloud,Lenovo and Apple Special projects are assigned as necessary, and could includemaintenance of related documentation and asset tracking/management,as well as occasional participation in events after hours toprovide tech support. Ability for the technician to gather and analyze information aboutthe users issue and determine the best way to resolve theirproblem.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college oruniversity, plus a minimum of 2+ years of help desk style supportexperience. Experience working in an educational setting is highly desired.
