What You’ll Be Doing As a Helpdesk Technician, you’ll support the Information Systems department by resolving user issues and managing key technology tools that help our teams perform. ✅ IT Helpdesk Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal user support requests, resolving basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues ✅ Ticket Resolution & Escalation
  • Triage and document incoming support tickets, escalating more complex issues to the Information Systems Supervisor ✅ User Account Management
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including user accounts, Active Directory, and global address list updates ✅ Printer & Hardware Maintenance
  • Provide basic support for printers, laptops, and workstations across the organization ✅ LAN Support
  • Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of local area network systems What We’re Looking For Entry-level experience in IT support or a strong interest in learning technical systems Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications Strong communication and documentation skills A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on problem-solving and user service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple brands and teams Why Join ETP?
