What we are looking for:
A Strong Understanding of IT Systems, including hardware, software, and networks The ability to build rapport with our facility locations and work collaboratively The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support request efficiency The ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Up to date on the latest technology and trends A Bachelor’s degree (Technical Focused degree) preferred or similar experiences Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tech support, networking or hardware.
