Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing efficient and effective support. Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and application deployment. Perform Microsoft 365 and Exchange Administration, including user account setup, email management, and troubleshooting. Configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for employees. Administer and maintain the organization’s ITSM application for incident, request, and change management. Provide remote IT support using Dameware or similar remote access tools. Support and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals. Assist in IT projects, such as hardware upgrades, system migrations, and software rollouts. Provide support for multiple site locations, ensuring consistent and reliable IT operations. Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT processes in detail. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures across all IT systems.

Experience Requirements :

3+ years’ experience in a help desk or service desk IT support role. 2+ years proven proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration for endpoint and application management. 3+ years strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Administration. 2+ years of hands-on experience with computer imaging, configuration, and deployment. Familiarity with ITSM applications and ITIL processes. Experience supporting Windows Server administration, including Active Directory. Knowledge of Dameware or equivalent remote support tools. Proven ability to provide IT support across multi-site locations. Certifications such as

Microsoft Certified:

Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, or similar are preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting. Experience with IT security best practices. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Intune certifications. Microsoft 365 administration certifications. Microsoft security certifications.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
