You’ll support key platforms like Blackline and Kyriba, working directly with accounting and finance teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement. Company Information and Perks Nationally recognized organization who is a leader in their industry Opportunities to work with enterprise-level financial tools and top-tier system platforms Build relationships with finance, accounting, and IT leaders across the organization Clear training path and long-term growth potential—whether in financial systems, operations, or broader finance roles Company culture values collaboration, curiosity, and performance 3 Keys to Success 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems support (entry-level to early career candidates welcome) Strong customer service and communication skills—ability to support internal users across Accounting, Treasury, and Finance Familiarity with Blackline and/or Kyriba or a strong eagerness to learn (hands-on admin experience is a plus but not required) What You’ll Do Administer key financial systems (Blackline, Kyriba), including user access, onboarding, and issue resolution Provide internal support by managing help tickets, coordinating with IT and vendors, and resolving system outages Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and IT to understand how financial transactions impact the general ledger Support system audits, access reviews, and reporting needs Monitor integrations, perform data checks, and maintain system integrity Contribute to process improvement while developing skills in finance systems Gain experience with reconciliations, cash transactions, and financial workflows What You Bring 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related field Basic understanding of accounting principles or general ledger structure Strong problem-solving and communication skills Curiosity and eagerness to learn new systems and business processes Experience with or willingness to learn Blackline and Kyriba Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively across teams If you’re ready to build a strong foundation in finance technology while growing with a top-tier organization, we’d love to hear from you!
