Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices Inspecting computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, headsets, etc.) to ensure functionality Installing and configuring software according to specifications and company security policies Installing and configuring computer hardware, network devices, and printers Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support to company employees (both in person and over the phone) Setting up user accounts Repairing and replacing equipment Training junior staff, as necessary
Required Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of the Windows operating system (preferably Windows 10 Enterprise) Basic knowledge of Microsoft O365 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SSO login issues Excellent Communication Skills Problem solving skills Enthusiastic about working collaboratively
