Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to team members, troubleshoot hardware and software issues and offer guidance as needed Ensure network and phone systems are up and running Manage Microsoft 365 administration, email Exchange configurations and Defender security policies to ensure efficient communication and collaboration Oversee and maintain device management Assist in onboarding and offboarding users Evaluate and improve IT workflows and processes Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Information Technology A self-starter who will capitalize in a growing organization Experience with Microsoft 356 administration Experience onboarding users, device management, and providing technical support to computers, printers, monitors Experience with
Excel Location:
Onsite in our Winter Park, FL location, 8am-5pm
Compensation:
$50k-$60k base, full time
