IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN TEWS
has an immediate need for a Hrlp Desk Technician. We are looking for someone with hands on support. Excellent customer service skills requireed.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
- 3+ years of experience working in a collaborative IT Service Desk team environment.
- Experience working with Microsoft core products and services including Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and equipment connectivity to services (DHCP, DNS, etc.).
- Experience working with the setup, configuration, and provisioning of technical office equipment such as Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, Printers, and other peripherals. Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience working with Office 365 User Administration.
- Experience working with an IT Support Ticketing System (Jira Service Management preferred)
- Experience supporting users working remotely (home office). Required Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills including communication of technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to multi-task and work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills. Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Certification(s) in at least one relevant domain (ex.
