Responsibilities:

This is a one-man, dual role position — requiring someone highly self-sufficient, multi-talented, and energized by hands-on technology work and creative website development. These responsibilities apply to both our internal operations and our clients.

• Tier 2

Service Desk Technician AI Enhanced:

Managed IT Service Provider (90% remote / 10% on-site), Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, CCTV, VoIP, Compliance, Business Continuity & Data Resilience.

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and mobile devices (Windows 10/11, Server 2019/2022/2025, macOS, Linux)
• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure, WAN (fiber, cable, satellite, 5G), Wi-Fi 5-7 access points, routers, firewalls, switches, and VLANs.
• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware (RAM, SSDs, HDDs, motherboards, GPUs, PSUs, NICs)
• Install and configure new devices, peripherals, and use system images for deployments.
• Install and maintain VoIP systems using FreePBX, including SIP trunk provisioning using PJSIP & SIP, and deployment of VoIP phones (Yealink, Grandstream and Cisco).
• Manage endpoint protection, antivirus, EDR, patching, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide both onsite and remote technical support using RMM and PSA tools (e.g., Pulseway)

• Support and maintain guest services software (reservations, POS, membership management, and inventory).
