Responsibilities Manage and resolve complex issues on the platform, providing top-tier support. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct proactive work and engage tactically with critical issues. Guide workflow prioritization and ensure efficient case management. Deliver training on new products and engage with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain technical expertise to assist customers and support engineers effectively. Skills Strong background in Java, JavaScript, and database technologies with excellent troubleshooting skills. Proven ability to manage cases and provide detailed code-level analysis. Excellent communication skills for articulating solutions to complex problems. Ability to work independently and maintain focus under pressure. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed. Preferred Skills Understanding of IT service management and ITIL business processes. Experience with ServiceNow platform implementation. Familiarity with scripting languages and remote administration tools. Experience in Linux, Unix, and using tools like Splunk and Eclipse IDE.
