Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Phone and Computer Technician who can diagnose and repair a wide range of devices with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in repairing iPhones, Androids, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops Replace screens, batteries, and internal components Perform software troubleshooting and reinstallation Maintain detailed repair records and manage parts inventory Provide excellent customer service and support Maintain a clean and organized work environment Stay updated on the latest devices and repair techniques

Qualifications:

Previous experience in electronics repair (phone/computer repair strongly preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
