About the role:
The role of Corporate Application Support Specialist (CASS) is to provide support to provide operational support for CPR+. The includes help desk support, general day-to-day assistance, and training new and existing users. It really is that simple.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide CPR+ support including creating and updating resources and training material, training new users, testing, and validating updates and perform ongoing database maintenance. Design, collect and analyze data for quality assurance and performance metric purposes. Perform troubleshooting ad hoc testing and writing database SQL scripts for issue resolutions. As a Corporate Applications Support Specialist, you bring: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience 3+ years of CPR+ experience 2+ years of technical support experience 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and/or custom reports
