Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide advanced support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hardware/software issues.

User Management:

Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

Cybersecurity:

Configure and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools. Perform malware cleaning and implement security best practices.

Network Administration:

Install, configure, and maintain Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, VPNs, and mapped drives.

Server Management:

Handle Windows Server migrations, setup, and ongoing maintenance.

Backup & Disaster Recovery:

Design, implement, and monitor backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.

Software Deployment:
