Responsibilities will include:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches. Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and effective. Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades. Provide training and support to staff on IT-related matters. Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes. Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs. Set up and assist with Microsoft 365 and LastPass. Configure and manage Intune. Set up new staff with computers and software tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. Previous experience as an IT Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
