IT Support Specialist (Remote – Palm Beach Gardens, FL) We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for clinical and nonclinical IT issues. This is a on site role, must reside in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or nearby and be able to travel to the office. Key responsibilities include Managing and triaging tech issues via email, phone, text, or JIRA. Resolving basic issues and escalating complex ones. Providing excellent customer service and support. Managing device inventory and handling acquisition, refresh, and replacement. Assisting with device setup for new employees. Offering basic training to team members.
