What You’ll Do As our IT Technician, you’ll be the first line of defense when tech troubles strike.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing Help Desk tickets and providing prompt support via phone, email, and Teams chat. Troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and more. Configuring and deploying new equipment for users. Setting up user accounts in Directory Services & Office 365. Running diagnostics, resolving issues, or escalating when needed. Documenting problems and solutions, and keeping our knowledge base up to date. Training colleagues on basic troubleshooting and system use. Installing, upgrading, and repairing systems as needed. Running reports to track and identify common issues. Collaborating with staff across departments and levels. Representing the IT team with professionalism and a customer-first attitude. What You Bring We’re looking for someone who’s both technically sharp and people-savvy: 5+ years of Help Desk or IT support experience. Solid understanding of Windows Server , Windows 10 , and Office 365 . Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable documenting solutions and keeping records tidy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. A positive attitude and a willingness to lend a hand whenever needed. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a big plus! Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) designation a plus. Must be able to prioritize and cope with stress in a positive manner. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and achieve results without supervision. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and web-based applications. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Education and Experience Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation, preferred. Associates Degree in similar or relevant field 5+ years of experience working in a help desk environment. Experience in working with Windows Server, Windows 10 and Office365 In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
