Job Purpose:
Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices in our warehouse repair depot
Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills Exceptional organizational skills Work well in team environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Experience repairing computers, electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices Provide recommendations for problem resolution Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed iFixYouri quality standards
