Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Tech Support Operator for our client, a global leader in renewable energy. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s EV charging customers through both technical troubleshooting and administrative coordination. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to grow in a high-impact, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Manage escalated technical support calls related to EV charger functionality. Diagnose and document troubleshooting steps, ensuring clear resolution tracking. Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly and empathetically to customers. Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments for customers. Review customer-submitted photos to validate installation qualifications for EV programs. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer communications and case history. Perform data entry, document filing, and administrative support tasks. Assist in handling complex billing questions and service requests when needed. Support internal operational teams with process improvement insights and customer feedback. Provide guidance to less experienced team members on handling complex support issues. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-stress situations calmly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using web-based systems.
