Job Description The Tier 1 Help Desk Technician is the first point of contact for IT support, assisting end-users with technical issues and escalating as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps and the 365 Admin Center Assist with Active Directory tasks (password resets, user management, groups) Escalate unresolved problems to higher-tier support Assist in onboarding new employees Set up and deploy IT equipment What do we look for?
