EBG creates and elevates the future of beauty. We are dedicated to creating, incubating, and scaling high-performance beauty brands that inspire confidence, spark creativity and uplift our world. Responsibilities include troubleshooting help desk tickets, administering internal IT systems, serving as the in-house Shopify developer, and contributing to system enhancements and process improvements. This role reports to the Internal Systems and Integration Manager to ensure the seamless operation of business applications. While the preferred schedule is full-time and on-site, five days a week in either St. Petersburg, FL, or Oldsmar, FL, remote work may be considered for an exceptional candidate.

Key Responsibilities Help Desk & IT Support:

Address and resolve IT help desk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with user account management, system access, and software installations. Troubleshoot and maintain company hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals. Support new employee onboarding by setting up IT equipment and providing training. Maintain an inventory of all company IT devices, ensuring they are fully functional and properly accounted for.

IT Security:

Install, update, and manage software applications across company systems. Enforce IT security policies, including password management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access controls. Monitor and address potential security vulnerabilities, implementing cybersecurity best practices. Assist with patch management and system updates to maintain security and system performance. Manage user permissions and security settings for SaaS applications.

Systems & Application Support:

Act as the internal Shopify developer , responsible for all front end and backend Shopify-related development, including troubleshooting, integrations, custom process development, and platform optimizations. Support the optimization, troubleshooting, and improvement of systems, including Microsoft 365, Unifi, JumpCloud, HubSpot, Microsoft Business Central, and other approved SaaS platforms. Assist in designing and implementing system workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline business processes. Support data entry, cleanup, and governance within CRM, ERP, and eCommerce platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system pain points and propose effective solutions.

IT Documentation & Asset Management:

Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including asset tracking, system configurations, and process documentation. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for all IT-related processes and systems.

Essential Skills & Preferred Experience:

Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Basic understanding of IT security practices, including password management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and system access controls. Familiarity with SSO (Single Sign-On) systems for user authentication across multiple platforms. Experience and knowledge of IT and business applications like Unifi, JumpCloud, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Business Central, Thinkific, Zapier, Celigo, and Shopify. Strong communication skills, with the ability to assist and train end users effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in asset tracking and documentation. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security frameworks. Strong knowledge of Shopify development language Liquid Previous experience in an IT support role or related field is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Certifications (Preferred but not required):

CompTIA Certifications Microsoft Certified:

Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Microsoft 365

Certified:

Enterprise Administrator Expert HubSpot and Salesforce Certifications Shopify Developer Certification Additional certifications related to SaaS platforms, IT security, or networking are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Requires the ability to alternate between sitting and standing as needed. EBG is an equal opportunity employer.
