Software Support Specialist :

Act as the first point of communication for end users, providing exemplary customer service and support. Relay important user feedback and issues to the development team to drive product improvements. Resolve customer inquiries promptly, with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. Work closely with management to support decision-making that aligns with user needs and business objectives. Serve as an advocate for the end user, ensuring their voice is heard and considered in the development process.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
