Job Description

Description Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Technical Product Support Analyst for a client in Clearwater, FL This is a Contract-To-Permanent position with a 90 day onboarding period. (full-time hours from day 1) Compensation ranging $20-22/hour. Upon conversion, Benefits include 100% sponsored Medical benefits, as well as 3-10% quarterly bonuses based on company performance. + Previous role as a Product Technical Support Analyst or similar + Proficiency in handling inbound calls in a call center environment + Ability to provide high-quality technical support to clients + Strong understanding and capability in hardware troubleshooting + Knowledge and experience in working with mechanical systems + Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills + Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal + Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team + Ability to maintain a calm and detail-oriented demeanor in challenging situations + Willingness to continually update knowledge of industry standards and improvements + Availability to work in shifts or on-call as required by the organization

Requirements Skills/Experience Needed:
