IT Help Desk Technician SaraPath Diagnostics 2001 Webber Street, Sarasota, FL 34239 IT Help Desk Technician Seeking IT Help Desk Support Specialist with excellent communication to provide system, service, and software support for end users via phone and in-person.
- Critical thinking skills are required to quickly learn new skills in our fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with personnel, vendors, and partners.
- Documentation for installations, policies, procedures, and helpdesk solutions.
- Strong LAN/WAN problem solving skills with excellent hardware and software background.
- Basic printer support, label printers, and peripheral hardware.
- Desktop administration and troubleshooting: software, (office 365), remote users
- VPN support and troubleshooting for remote users.
- Windows network and OS administration
- On-call rotation which is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
- VOIP phone support.
- Reliable vehicle is required for clients and remote user support. Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year degree or 2-4 years’ experience
- A+ certification
- Ability to lift 25lbs minimum
