Sanford, FL, USA | Full Time SGI Global is seeking IT Specialists to support the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District 5 Traffic Operations. These professionals will support the agency’s sophisticated traffic management systems, focusing on administration, security, infrastructure, and special programs critical to transportation operations across Central Florida. •Contingent on contract award•

Responsibilities:

+ Firewall & Web Filter Administration + Fortinet firewalls: Role and policy updates + FortiGate systems: Weekly audits, permission management, status monitoring + Server & Security Administration + VMWare, Veeam, Dell Compellent/Powerstore + Active Directory, RADIUS, security access request workflows via Atlassian Jira + Managing user roles and background clearances (CJIS, SLERS) +

Special Program Support:

Includes first-level support and coordination for: + Activu, Road Ranger App, iVDS, SunGuide, BlueMac + MIMS, ITS Facility Mgmt, SCCM/SCOM, Solarwinds + Any newly introduced or proprietary applications + Network Administration (Backup) + Support for Extreme/Brocade devices during non-standard hours (e.g., Fridays) + Workstation Support + Hardware setup, troubleshooting, inventory management, and end-user documentation Qualifications + US Citizen. + Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience + Must complete all security and background screenings prior to start. + Excellent organizational and communication skills. + Ability to work full-time, 40 hours/week.
