SNI Technology is currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst for a great local client in Ponte Vedra, FL.
This will be a contract to hire role targeting around $20/hr.-$21/hr. to start. This role will be onsite position during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
Job Requirements/Qualification:
1-2 years of IT Support Experience
Proficient troubleshooting Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365 Support Experience with ticketing management system
Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience managing and supporting iPhone & Android mobile technologies
Ability to troubleshoot basic networking problems
