Responsibilities:

Provide second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Resolve issues escalated from level 1 support
Guide and mentor Tier 1 technicians
Maintain knowledge base articles
Document technical issues and resolutions
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and enterprise applications
Support users in person and remotely
Perform updates, patches, and security checks
Deploy and maintain IT assets
Collaborate with IT teams on performance and security
Train end-users on applications and policies
Assist with office moves, setups, and infrastructure upgrades
Coordinate desktop setup and collaborate with vendors
Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

8-10 years in desktop support or helpdesk roles
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Experience with network troubleshooting and endpoint protection
Familiarity with ITSM tools
Experience in office moves and IT setups
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation
