Strong knowledge of enterprise hardware systems (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.)—especially servers and storage devices. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record. (mileage reimbursed). Willingness to drive 50-200 miles per day. Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Experience using service ticketing systems and mobile device reporting tools. Comfortable lifting and handling equipment up to 50 lbs. Your tasks We are seeking a dependable and technically skilled Field Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the frontline representative of our service organization, traveling to customer sites to perform break/fix support and hardware replacements for enterprise-level IT equipment—primarily servers and storage systems, and secondarily desktops, laptops, and printers.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer locations to perform on-site diagnostics, repair, and replacement of enterprise hardware (servers, storage arrays, networking equipment). Swap defective components under warranty (drives, memory, motherboards, power supplies, etc.) following proper procedures and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm work performed and ensure satisfaction. Document all service activity accurately and submit reports in a timely manner.
