Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period. Responsibilities
Prepares and installs lab and faculty/staff computers
Decommissions end-of-life devices and prepare for recycling
Collaborates with the team on support automation and efficiency projects
Installs software and hardware components and accessories
Manages and updates inventory of assets
Creates and maintains technical documentation
Troubleshoots Tier 1 technical issues
Provides basic technical assistance and training to faculty and staff
Assists with audiovisual system installation and maintenance Shift Specifics Up to 25 hours per week
Flexible with schedule of availability
Shifts available Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.
Proposed Salary $10.00 per hour This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis. Required Documents to Attach
