This position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting clients with product usage. Duties Provide on-site technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure proper usage. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests in the company database. Assist in the installation and setup of products at client locations. Monitor equipment performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
