Job Description
IT Field Technician C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Inc. Savannah, GA Georgia’s largest privately owned heavy civil construction and asphalt manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated, meticulous, initiative-taking individual to fulfill the role of an IT Field Technician. This role will provide computer software and hardware support for our Office and Field Personnel. Join a team of IT professionals that support over a thousand devices in over 60 locations across Georgia and Jackson, Florida. This position will be to support the Savannah and Jacksonville areas. –
Qualifications:
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and iPhone/iPads. Skill in communicating with our users at all levels. Ability to monitor and troubleshoot PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, & iPhone hardware problems. Ability to work odd hours when required. Ability to learn other industry applications like WM2000 and Remote Time Sheet. Ability to stay on top of a problem until it is fixed. Ability to work efficiently both in and out of the office.
