Job Summary:
We are looking for an extremely organized, highly communicative, motivated, result-oriented, tech-savvy, and innovative JR I.T. Support Specialist to join our Innovation and Technology department. Our Innovation and Technology Department is a crucial factor of IMI Agency, being the key to internal and external technology advances within the beverage marketing industry. The JR I.T. Support Specialist must be deadline-driven and concise with information. This person will be the go-to in-house support contact for troubleshooting hardware issues and software configurations. This person will also assist the department with support and program updates to our IMIManage Suite of services using applications like WordPress, Smartsheet, and more. This person will perform some data analysis and data mining promotions, Limited Time Offers, and other departmental offerings. Interpersonal skills and communication must be at an all-time high.

Job Duties:
Assist, install, configure, resolve computer hardware, software, updates, and issues. Respond in a timely manner to support requests. Assist with creating and maintaining IMIManage Beverage websites for client programs. Assist with creating and maintaining IMIManage Promo websites and data for client promotions. Perform and assist with prize distribution and support for IMI’s Gamification platforms. Support IMIManage RFP platforms as needed. Input data for application(s), including but not limited to new and existing application buildouts Perform backend analysis and tracking. Assist the Director of Technology and Innovation with client promotions, program configurations, and various daily tasks. Assist in answering and directing phone calls. Assist Account Team with budgets and reports (as needed). Perform and assist with all other duties as assigned.
Education & Required Qualifications:
IMI’s Jr. IT Support Specialist must be 20 years of age or older, due to our industry of marketing alcoholic beverages, and possess: Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent working experience. Intermediate-level technical support skills. Willingness and ability to troubleshoot issues and use of deductive reasoning to resolve issues as soon as possible. Ability to analyze and organize data. Ability to multitask and deliver projects on time and on budget. Technical coding skills in HTML, CSS, or JAVA are a plus (not required). Ability to maintain a database for budgets and records of expenditures; reported frequently. Track and maintain project performance databases. Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills. Takes initiative and is a part of the solution to issues and problems that arise. The ability to multitask, handling several projects simultaneously. Advanced Office skills (more specific to Excel functions, PowerPoint, Access). Excellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to absorb, retain, and enact constructive feedback. Experience with WordPress development is not required but is a plus. Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Flexible and able to work with different management styles. Follow-up and follow-through must be your mantra.
