What You’ll Do:

Provide front-line technical support to consultants and staff for hardware, software, mobile, and network issues in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new and existing employees.
Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and video conferencing systems.
Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve user issues and maintain IT service excellence.
Assist with asset tracking, inventory, hardware lifecycle management, and vendor coordination.
Support on-site events by ensuring all technical aspects (AV, laptops, connectivity) run smoothly.
Contribute to the documentation of internal knowledge articles and IT procedures.
Take part in regional and global IT projects focused on improving tools, services, and infrastructure.
