Overview:

We’re hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist to support our fully remote team. This role focuses on user support, basic Salesforce administration, and maintaining IT systems. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide remote IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage Salesforce user accounts, permissions, and troubleshoot basic platform issues. Handle support tickets, resolve or escalate issues, and maintain documentation. Assist with onboarding and offboarding remote employees (accounts, licenses, access). Support remote security best practices (MFA, password management, endpoint protection). Track IT assets and user access across systems.

Requirements:

2+ years in an IT support role, preferably remote. Salesforce experience (user setup, permissions, basic admin tasks). Strong troubleshooting and communication skills via chat, email, and video. Comfortable using remote support and ticketing tools.

Preferred:

Salesforce Administrator Certification or pursuing it. Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Zoom.
