Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Professional to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems, as well as audio/visual (A/V) equipment used in conference rooms, events, and hybrid work environments. This role is critical in ensuring seamless technology experiences for our internal users and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level technical support for Mac and Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner. Set up, maintain, and support A/V equipment including projectors, microphones, video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and digital displays. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and account provisioning. Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and asset inventory. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Provide in-person and remote support to users across multiple locations. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a service desk or IT support role. Proficiency in macOS and Windows 10/11 environments. Experience with A/V systems including video conferencing tools, sound systems, and display technologies. Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
