Tech Support Specialist – $26/hr Elite Source, LLC Atlanta, GA 30334 • Hybrid work We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on providing end-user desktop support in a Windows-based environment, with some support for Mac users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues, managing user access, and supporting modern workplace tools and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices; some Mac support as needed Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity Perform PC imaging, deployments, and refreshes using standard enterprise tools Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) Manage user access and security through Active Directory and Azure AD Assist with device management and policy enforcement using Microsoft Intune Support remote access technologies including VPN clients and MFA solutions Provide basic support for VOIP phones and softphone applications Maintain accurate documentation of issues, fixes, and procedures Deliver responsive and professional customer service to end users
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suite Familiarity with Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience with PC imaging and refresh processes Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
