Job Description
Description Our client’s Work Bench, similar to a Genius Bar, supports all internal users at the Headquarters location and other locations nearby. It allows employees to resolve technical issues through various methods: they can either schedule an appointment or simply walk up. Currently, there is one Work Bench technician who handles 10 to 20 tickets daily. The issues addressed include imaging computers (using SCCM), OS issues (both Windows and Mac), network connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, VPN, printer), basic navigation, password resets, and more. The workbench is open from 8am – 4:30pm M-F and those are the hours of operation. Skills Desktop, Support, Troubleshooting, Windows Top Skills Details Desktop, Support, Troubleshooting, Windows Additional Skills & Qualifications It will be a plus if someone has experience working within this type of support model.
