• Implement and support desktop devices, enterprise applications, peripherals, telephony systems, network devices, and airline-specific technology, including kiosks, Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), and Ramp Information Display Systems (RIDS)
• Manage and execute the physical relocation of the IT infrastructure (e.g., PCs, peripherals, phones, routers, airport devices) as outlined in Service Requests
• Perform hardware and software upgrades and modifications in accordance with documented change management processes
• Conduct asset verification and updates in compliance with asset management policies and procedures
• Maintain asset tracking systems to ensure accurate inventory records
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, providing support for devices maintained by Field Operations
• Deliver 24/7 on-site and on-call support as required, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Support enterprise-level IT functions, delivering technical assistance across diverse departments and systems
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of hardware systems and IT infrastructure components
• Perform root cause analysis to address service interruptions and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational IT support and manage Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests across various environments, including corporate offices, reservation centers, and airport locations
• Ensure seamless functionality of IT systems critical to daily airline operations by delivering timely, efficient service and technical support.
