- Skills and Qualifications 2-3 years of hands-on IT technical support experience.
Proficient in installing and supporting network infrastructure and hardware. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and SCCM. Experience with laptop imaging, Cisco networks, and desktop apps. Skilled in mobile device management for iOS and Android. Willing to work off-hours and weekends for support needs. Experienced in supporting printers and A/V equipment. Familiar with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Salesforce. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and incident resolution skills. Effective leadership, time management, and mentoring capabilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Analyze and resolve faults in OS and approved applications.
