We are currently recruiting for an IT Field Technician in Atlanta, GA to join our growing organization. This is a challenging role providing technical expertise to our client offices throughout the country. You will need an aptitude for working with applications and systems and undertaking the analysis and resolution of a range of issues. You will need to be a positive, solutions-focused individual with a desire to enhance your existing skills and a thirst for technical knowledge. You will need to be self-motivated and travel throughout the country supporting our clients. Looking for people who have experience in contract IT work. This is a 100% travel-based position. Responsibilities for IT Field Technician

• Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices and software
• Maintain inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities
• Develop and document system standards for computer and network devices
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and email
• Project a positive and professional face to our clients Technical Skills and Requirements
• Handle highly confidential information/material
• Ability to communicate verbally and written in a professional manner
• Work well both in a team setting
• Strong analytical skills
