In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all IT infrastructure and services operate smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of network administration, IT support, and computer management. Duties Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Assist in the management of IT infrastructure, including network administration and server maintenance. Utilize SCCM for software deployment and system management tasks. Document all support interactions in the help desk ticketing system for tracking purposes. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technologies and best practices in IT support. Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of technology. Experience Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred. Familiarity with network administration principles and practices. Experience with IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting. Proficiency in using SCCM for system management tasks is a plus. Knowledge of Linux operating systems is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience managing mobile devices within an enterprise environment is an advantage.
