IT Specialist Ace Pickleball Club Roswell, GA 30076 • Hybrid work

OVERVIEW

Start Now. Play Forever. Ace Pickleball Club, LLC (APC) is a rapidly growing indoor pickleball franchise dedicated to delivering the optimal Member experience. Each club features 8 to 16 climate-controlled courts equipped with state-of-the-art on-court technology, fully fenced perimeters, and meticulously positioned lighting to ensure a premium playing environment. At APC, our mission is to create an optimal experience that inspires an inclusive community and opportunities for growth. Our primary offering revolves around the Open Play model, ensuring members can enjoy dynamic and engaging gameplay every day on courts dedicated to their skill level. Beyond Open Play, APC provides a diverse range of activities, including clinics, the APC Championship Series, social events, and glow-in-the-dark pickleball. The IT Specialist serves a critical role in providing comprehensive technical support to our corporate team and franchise network, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all hardware, software and systems, particularly in the Microsoft Office environment. Some domestic travel may be involved to support POS installation in new Clubs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide first-line technical support to corporate staff and franchise partners via phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and ensure users are equipped to use them effectively. Leverage Microsoft office tools and functionality to enhance process efficiency, communication, improve resource visibility and drive overall effectiveness across the organization Manage, configure, and maintain corporate hardware including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees by provisioning and deprovisioning hardware and software access. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and oversee hardware lifecycle management. Assist franchise locations with general tech support, including network setup guidance, troubleshooting, and software configuration. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed for escalated issues or specialized support. Maintain documentation for IT procedures, support tickets, and systems configuration. Ensure data security, backup procedures, and compliance with company IT policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Located in the Atlanta, GA area Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of MacOS environment. Experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide support to a geographically distributed network. Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, Microsoft Remote Desktop).
