M365 GCC
High, Azure and related products to join our team. A full-service Managed Service Provider (MSP), who provides NOC, SOC and Compliance services, will support the position. Currently presence in the office is required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and subject to change. Key responsibilities With the assistance of the MSP Assist in the management and technical support for M365 and Azure applications and services within a GCC High environment. Maintain controls in accordance with guidelines to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Understand a shared services matrix and assist the company with meeting its obligations. Ensure documentation is complete and prepare revisions as needed. Addressing end-user needs and escalating to the MSP when not easily resolved Additional internal support (non-MSP services) Prepare new devices for delivery to end users and assist with hardware and non-M365 software such as estimating software, scheduling software, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Keeper, and more Assist with software updates and patches to non-M365 products, such as estimating software, scheduling software, Bluebeam, Autodesk, Keeper, and more Other duties as requested Essential requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related fields with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of industry certifications and experience that equates to that knowledge Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on
