This is an in-office role at our office in East Point, GA, near the airport. We are looking for experienced help-desk technicians to join the team. Hiring on-site IT Support Specialist with a wide range of experience and an eagerness to find solutions and share in business growth. The job is based in our office in Atlanta, GA but occasionally will require onsite visits at client locations. Welcome to Technology Services . We are a growing IT Managed Services Company that supports small to medium business’s IT and phone system needs throughout the United States with an emphasis on our clients in Northeast Wisconsin and Atlanta. We aim to be the one-stop-shop for IT questions, so your daily tasks can vary and you will not be bored. As a company, we are not afraid of trying new technologies and strongly encourage employees to explore products that they may not have had experience with in the past!

What your day looks like:

Since we act as an IT department for nearly all of our clients, our tasks vary widely. Your position will aim to grow current clients and attract new business via website leads and marketing content that will be created off of your direction. This position will ensure that tickets are being addressed in our help desk system for current clients and any projects are scheduled and tracked. Occasional help desk support may be required to fill sick calls or vacation but the emphasis of this position is business growth. We spend most of the day at the office, but we do occasionally go on-site to clients locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Level 1, Level 2 IT Support across various platforms Have a friendly, confident attitude Interface with existing and new clients to find them correct solutions Log all work in ticketing system Develop documentation Create and maintain SOPs as they become necessary Maintain all company information via documentation system Experience (Preferred): Sales or Help Desk Management VoIP Administration (3CX) Ubiquiti Networks Aruba Networks Microsoft 365 Vultr, Digital Ocean, AWS FreshDesk Microsoft Teams Low Voltage Cabling PC Building Cable Termination (RJ45, Keystone)

Requirements:

Drivers license 1-2 years of IT support and troubleshooting Ability to work in United States Willing to submit information for background check
