Willing to work with vendors to resolve issues reported to the IT department, such as phone, computer-related hardware, systems, software, ATM, network, etc. The SVP of the IT department must be kept in the loop on all issues. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PC’s, servers (virtual & physical), and all other computer-related systems, devices, and equipment. Maintain documented resolutions and operating procedures under the guidance of the vice president of IT Promptly respond to internal inquiries and develop solutions for component failures and complex technical problems in all related areas to deliver a sound and stable computing infrastructure, providing exceptional support promptly Maintain user accounts on networks and applications. Make sure specific proper permissions are established within applications and in the network operating systems Coordinate with fellow IT Staff to ensure timely completion of quarterly & month-end processing and posting, running and printing daily reports, recurring monthly and quarterly reports, and preparing specialized SQL reports as needed Ensure backups of all servers are functioning correctly Provide appropriate associate assistance and education on maintaining and troubleshooting issues Perform operational functions such as verification of vendor file transmissions, program processing, familiarization with archival interfaces (i.e. Webdocz), and recovery procedures for various systems Provide IT support for new associate onboarding, establish new authorization levels as needed in DNA and network assignments Assist with answering and greeting visitors at the front door, including delivery personnel Participates in the on-call rotation, which will include weekends and holidays Update existing or write new procedures for tasks you perform. Assist the SVP of IT in managing facilities in all locations. Contact vendors to coordinate any repairs necessary for all facilities. Must consult with the SVP of IT for any permission changes on any systems requested by any users. Ensure all network communication and data systems function optimally. Assist with support for online banking, ATM issues, phone issues & setup, debit/ATM card printing/issuing. Participate in annual security audits Ensure all procedures are up to date.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS & ABILITIES

Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration in a Microsoft and Exchange server environment 3+ years of bank operation experience Proven experience with Active Directories, TCP/IP protocols SQL and SQL scripting knowledge preferred MS Power BI preferred. Must comply with all credit union policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control Ensure regular and predictable attendance Flexible, able to work weekends and after-hours as needed Valid driver’s license Able to travel locally to the Northlake, Clifton, and Chamblee branches as needed Strong written and verbal communication, time management, problem-solving and project management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work with staff at all levels of a credit union Bondable and have no felony convictions Maintain a professional appearance following the established dress code policy Physically capable of performing assigned responsibilities; reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function
