Job Summary Step into a pivotal role as a Senior IT Specialist at CADY, where you’ll drive the design, implementation, and resilient operation of our core IT infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our on-premise and cloud servers, networks, and systems. You’ll take ownership of critical IT functions, contributing significantly to our internal and customer-facing experiences. Responsibilities Architect and execute system maintenance strategies, including after-hours initiatives, and fortify cloud environment security. Provide expert on-site technical support for complex issues and spearhead hardware procurement and vendor relations. Proactively manage security alerts, lead on-call rotations for critical incidents, and design IT infrastructure for new office build-outs (travel up to 15%). Oversee the support ticket queue, ensuring efficient resolution and appropriate escalations, and champion the development of comprehensive documentation. Conduct user account audits, ensure the integrity of daily backups, and lead disaster recovery planning and testing. Job Requirements Proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead by example within a technical team. Deep expertise with Windows Server and administering cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, AWS, Office365, Azure, NinjaRMM, SentinelOne, and Cisco Umbrella. In-depth mastery of diverse computer systems, advanced network technologies (Apple, Windows, DNS, DHCP, IP Address, VPN), and Windows machine deployment applications. Exceptional diagnostic, strategic problem-solving, and communication skills (written & verbal). Strong organizational, time-management abilities, and a thorough understanding of internet security and data privacy best practices. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology; 5+ years of progressive experience in relevant IT roles.
