Ready to start the new year off with a challenging newrole?!! We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist II. Th Primary responsibility of this position is monitoring andconfiguration of materials for postal, fax, and email fulfillment.
This position requires daily monitoring of reports and processes toensure fulfillment applications are functioning correctly. Employeewould be required to escalate issues to the appropriate teams wheninconsistencies are discovered. The employee will work closely withthe Fulfillment/Communications teams and other IT teams to ensurethat any issues related to efficient and effective operations areidentified, escalated and addressed. ? Ability to make small changes XML and HTML code based offrequests from the client, sometimes with little time to test. ? Work directly with communication and fulfillment teams to resolverejects. ? Ability to overcome issues as they arise while not impacting thegoal dates associated with the projects. ? Manage and organize changes that need to occur to source systems,fulfillment systems, or the vendor. ? Work with IT teams to initiate changes and save developmenttime. ? Monitor Fulfillment Systems processes daily and open issue bugsand tickets with the IT team accordingly. ? Report issues back to the source system teams accordingly. ? Monitor the output of fulfillment requests from the varioussource systems. ? Review all available reports to ensure the fulfillment process isfunctioning correctly from source system to vendor. ? Knowledge of multiple teams responsibilities to ensure issues areescalated correctly to ensure resolution and effectiveness. ? Ability to effectively research any issues that arise related tofulfillment. ? Report back research findings to management and other non-usersin a coherent and clear way that will lead to resolutions. ? Excellent problem solving skills. ?
