Desktop Support Technician
The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Provides on-site and remote support, installations, and configurations.
Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS
Experience with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT)
Familiarity with Active Directory (user/computer account management)
Strong hardware and peripheral troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
